Help!!! Tooth broken off at gum line

I have a couple teeth on top, right side pretty far back, just one tooth away from my wisdom tooth. Now I have 2 that had at first broke at the gum line. Well now it's like my gums have kinda grown over them a lil bit. My question is can they still be pulled or are they gonna have to be cut out?

It depends on how broken down they. Sometimes these root fragments can be easily pulled out but other times they need to be surgically removed. It's almost impossible to know for sure before the dentist or oral surgeon gets in there.
