I am deathly afraid of dentists which led me into getting a rotten tooth.
My tooth chipped and now is down to by gum line, and I know that it
is impossible to save it anymore. Meaning I need it extracted surgically.

However I have that fear for the dentist, and I know that it is my fault.
I don't want to burden my parents by making them spend money
on my behalf, but i know i need it removed. Plus I know they're trying
their best to save money.

So what should I do?*:'(*:'(

You should definately tell your parents about it the easiest way would probably to just go and tell them flat out. If you have insurance it should be able to covor most of it so you shoulden't worry about the cost.

I highly doubt your parents would be upset if you told them. You're their child and I'm sure they would do anything to keep you out of discomfort. Let them know what happened, I'm sure they'll understand and get you to the dentist to have it removed. If you're afraid to talk to them I suggest writing a letter letting them know you're scared to go and that while you know they're trying to save up that you need this extraction so you don't start to have pain or get an infection.
