I need some advice

I recently found out I have periodontal disease. I have bone loss between 10-30%. Does this mean Im going to lose my teeth. I don't know what to do.

A bit more information would be kind of helpful to give you a meaningful answer, which you probably don't want to post up here in public.

Best thing to do is to ask the person who diagnosed the periodontal disease, since they already have all the information required.
