I had a lower partial flexible denture put in last week.
It stays in really well. The only problem I have, is that it is really difficult to put in and even harder to take out.
My gum is slightly sore but that could be because of me trying to get it out.
The tooth it clasps onto is not great, so I am m afraid of damaging it.
Is there any advice you can give me?
Thank you.

It might help placement a bit if you warm the denture up in some warm water first, makes it a bit more pliable.
As for removing it, there's nothing much I can suggest, it's unlikely you'll damage your own tooth though.
