i must becoming a dental hypocondriac but heres yet another minor question.
First, im all done with my treatment. All the fillings are in, and i got my cleaning, so, right now my mouth feels like new. Hell, the higenist even told me i had a beautiful mouth, and that im taking care of it now will go a long way.
Ok, heres the question. Im being paranoid, but, im quickly overcomming that.
I put a mirror in my mouth to look at my upper filling, and ive noticed that in the tooth in front of it, and to a lesser extent on the other side, theres a black line. Now, if it was a crack, or a cavity, they would have surly fixed it with my treatments right?
Of course, no pain, nothing. My guess is, there deep ridges, but why do they appear black? could it be the shadows, idk. im not too concerned with it, being how, if it was somthing serous, they would have told me and fixed it, right?
Ive also noticed little pits like things in one of my incizors, im gussing that too is normal. Im not a dentist, so i do not know the diffrence between a cavity and whats not a cavity! And acording to them im cavity free now, and hopefully for the rest of my life (being on the diet im currently on and my brushing habbits, idont see how its possable to get another cavity)
just wondering. I mean, its all in plane sight for a dentist to see, so...what are they?
