today i noticed, while eating, that a part of a molar is missing. it's the biggest molar on the lower left, right before where my wisdom tooth was. The dentist wanted to take it out initially about 2 years ago because the cavity was important and near the nerve, but i convinced him to repair it instead...
Now there's a part of the enamel missing i think, and i can see something white underneath, i think it's called the dentin...it's kinda on the external side, meaning i can't feel this when i lick on the inside around my teeth.
Now...i'm not a rich person and i don't have a steady job, so no good insurance apart of social aid insurance which cover fillings(repairs i guess), extraction and denture...
Since this tooth had big filling before, do you think he will most likely tell me it's better to take this tooth out instead?
I really didn't need that kind of thing this week, no one around can help me, comfort me and being here for me, it really suck...
Do you think the dentist can still fix this missing part, at least for the months to come? hoping i can get an appointment as fast as possible...also, i've read that when it can be fixed, there is no numbing needed, which is good at least...if mine can be fixed still (not like before all those proceedures when i lost the filling, i didn't even go to see the dentist right away, and those tooth are gone now)
I need an answer as soon as possible please. thank you...
