Mobile dentist

Hello.

I'm agraphobic and have managed to get a home visit from a dentist. Iv done a really silly thing and googled stuff. It says unless I can get an x-ray then dentist will not be able to treat me right. This dentist does not do x-rays will they still be able to see if there are problems and treat them if there are or should I go back to panic mode. It's taken me a long time to get to this stage. Thank you

If you can't go to a dental practice because of agoraphobia and have x-rays, then you don't really have any choice but to rely on a physical examination. Though it's probably only a matter of time before fully mobile x-ray systems become affordable and available for home visits? I know they exist, but they may not be widely available just yet.

I'm not sure what advantage going back into panic mode would have, or how going into panic mode would have a positive impact on your life. Being able to get regular cleanings is a huge win, and making prevention the main focus isn't a bad thing, is it ?
