New Front teeth bridge but need root canal?

I have one upper middle front tooth missing. I've had a bridge for 4years now but my smile is still awful and I want to get a better bridge which covers the teeth on the side aswell (so they will polish away a lot of the teeth and put the bridge with new teeth on the original ones, so it covers 3 tooth in general). The the teeth on the sides of the missing one are anot in perfect condition. The root canal of those teeth needs to be done according to my dentist, she was uncertain at the first, but she had contacted a specialist and he confirmed that. I have not felt any pain in those teeth and they are not sensitive to cold or anything. At the time I agreed with the doctor when she said "of course want those teeth to last a lifetime?". She gave me the adress to a special clinic which specialises in root canal. But I have not contacted them because I've started to worry about getting rootcanals done in the first place. I know also it's really expensive and I have only saved money for the new bridge. I've also read somewhere that it's better to get rootcanal when the tooth is dead or something. Mine are still alive and I have a really strong phobia, I have not completely conquered my dental phobia and rootcanals is just too much for me to handle at the time being. Could I skip the rootcanals right now and maybe let them get done in the future? I just want the bridge right now. Would that be okay?

I am not 100% clear on what you are asking, but if you are saying the teeth that will be the supporting crowns for of the bridge are in need of root canal no I would not get the bridge now. a bridge needs supporting teeth to be in good stable condition
