Officially dentally fit !

Today I had my last filling done and a clean my teeth are now fully restored my dentist is amazing with me honestly I trust him so much !!! Now I am back to 6 monthly check ups it’s so weird not having to avoid certain areas of my mouth when eating because absolutely nothing hurts now !!! The teeth I had deep fillings on are still a bit sensitive so I’m avoiding cold and hot stuff while they settle but that’s nothing. Honestly suffering with painful or broken teeth is not worth it ever it affects every single day of your life. I was the worst dental phobic I’m the one who passed out in the waiting room once because I was so scared and couldn’t breathe. Find the right dentist one who knows how to help nervous patients and you can do this the feeling of no longer having to worry about your teeth is worth it and you can do it go slowly one thing at a time.
