li know cant think of anything else and food getting stuck in the healing extraction site thats not really a problem is it because i think theres a white thing in the extraction site had some noodles before take it i can just leave that then and it will come out its self

After 4 weeks Paul, it is highly unlikely that anything could get in to the extraction site. Although full healing takes months, after 4 weeks the gum and soft tissue will have nicely closed up. If you are having trouble with food around that area, why not just give a swish with some warm water to remove it ?
