People with many filled cavities - how long have you kept your teeth?

I’m curious if there’s anyone who had fillings done 25-30+ years ago and managed to keep those teeth? Mostly curious about composite fillings

I am 45. Most of my fillings are from when I was ages 15-20; essentially all of my teeth have fillings, other than the incisors in front. All the molars and premolars and some canines are filled. Only two have required further care, and so I have two root canaled and crowned teeth. None of them have been anywhere needing extractions, that’s never even been discussed.

Oh, and some are silver and some are white. I never remember what “composite” means.
