I had #27 molar removed the ending of March 2023 and since then the tooth infront and the molar behind ache when I brush with my electric toothbrush (This was before I had the fillings). I just had an old deep filling on #26 next to the extraction replaced and a new small filling on #28 molar done two weeks ago. Now both teeth have been getting more and more sensitive to cold liquid and a little tender to pressure. I'm extremely anxious since #27 is my third extraction and will be my third implant. This is causing more stress since I'm out of dental insurance and I'm tired of my teeth failing me. Could #26 & #28 just be sensitive since I had two fillings done? My dentist wants me to get #26 crowned, but I'm waiting to be sure it's going to be ok. She also mentioned I have a little gum recession on both teeth. I don't want it crowned if it has a crack and I need it pulled. The last three extractions I've had crowned and then root canals failed and then extractions. I also had a CT scan to be sure the recent extraction is ready for an implant, and the oral surgeon said the bone has grown back and is ready. He also said everything else looks good. This was before I had the two fillings done two weeks ago. So sorry this is so long, but I'm anxious and frustrated. Please give advice. Thank you!!!
