Sinus Pressure- sore gums

I haven’t been to the dentist in 20+ years. Over the last few years I thought my sinus pressure could be related to allergies. Now I’m having sinus pressure on a daily basis coupled with gum pain. I have impacted wisdom teeth and I was wondering if there is a correlation between the two. I have lots of anxiety about the possible implications.
