Sore on Novocaine Injection Site

3 days ago I went and had my 2 upper wisdom teeth removed and I am noticing a little white sore on the injection site where they injected novocaine. This was my very first dental procedure done so I am kinda freaking out! Is this normal or anything I should be worried about?

It happens sometimes. Nothing to worry about. If its excessive over the counter anti-inflammatory medication may help.
