I had an extraction done yesterday the tooth got stuck so it took a while and 4 different sets of the tooth remover things to get it out lots of pressure etc.
Today my gums are swollen round it but now the roof of my mouth is also swelling ? I had 2 injections but none in the roof of my mouth it was a top back molar the one before my wisdom tooth that was removed. Should I be worried about the swelling it’s all round the socket all the way along my top gums that side and now the roof of my mouth too ? I’m taking the pain killers and I have followed the instructions she gave me I’ve just never had so much swelling before but then I’ve never had one that was stuck. My dentist was fabulous and I didn’t feel a thing at the time.
