Tired/Groggy 2 days after Wisdom tooth Surgery

I was given IV Sedation with a barbituate which wore off days ago... but today 48 hours from the surgery I feel groggy and tired. I'm not on any pain medication. It was a rough surgery, they took a rotten molar and then the wisdom tooth. Before the surgery i had an infection, but i'm on antibiotics.

I'm hoping it could just be my neck... or natural. I just saw a dentist today to rule out dry socket but he couldn't speak to the groggyness. Its 48 hours since my surgery and i'm starting to swell in my face a bit, could that be it?

I'm just really scared, please help.

Have you not been able to eat much because of the surgery? I have felt like shit for a week, I do have dry sockets, but I think it's because my nutritional intake has drastically changed since I can barely eat anything.
