Tooth decayed . Cannot be seen in gum

I have a decayed tooth that is now invisible in the gum so will be virtually impossible to remove. I am absolutely terrified. Where can i find a caring dentist.

It shouldn't be any more difficult to remove. They don't actually 'pull' a tooth to remove it, they lift the tooth out by gently moving it back and forth until it comes loose. They can do this even when there is no visible tooth. You can try checking on the Find a Dentist section of the forum to look for a dentist near you and/or you can search for reviews on Yelp or ask friends/family for recommendations.

I had several teeth removed that were below the gum line, and a couple had gum grown over them. It was no problem for them to remove. Don't worry about that part of it.
