Two broken molars

So on my right hand side of my mouth I have two broken molars right next to eachother- they have sharp edges and I’ve been waiting to go in due to covid. These are the last teeth of the many I had to be fixed.

I’m due to go in September and they don’t really throb or hurt like tooth pain, but suddenly today out of no where my neck and shoulder on that side where they are started to instensely hurt. My teeth themselves I still feel no pain, my tongue next to them feels weird and there’s almost a metallic taste … these back teeth had been filled before so I assumed it was that filling I taste

Anyways I’m scared that this pain on my neck and shoulder is because of the teeth and ofc my anxiety is flaring that this is rly severe. I may call and get my appointment moved to sooner but I’m not sure if this is emergency or not or just anxiety

It's not likely to be the teeth, there's no connection between them and your neck shoulder area. It would be worth asking to move your appointment though just to set your mind at ease.
