Upset after my appointment at the dentists yesterday. I have a bit of bone loss.

@Gordon Thank you. I will ask them. I don't know where the dentists at the practice that I go to usually go but they leave for a few months and then keep coming back to the practice.

@Gordon Thank you for letting me know. Would they be able to say whether there is an urgent reason for me to have to know the x ray results if I go in and see another dentist?. Could I ask about the prescription on the phone?

@Gordon should I see another dentist at the practice if the receptionist says I can see someone else sooner?. I'm worried that they might say something different to what my dentist says but the other dentist might be able to give me the x ray results sooner and let me know what is causing the pain and they can help with my prescription.

@Gordon I called the dental practice today. I asked the receptionist if I needed to be seen sooner because of the panoramic x ray that I had done and mentioned the pain I have been having and mentioned the prescription. The receptionist said she would pass my questions on to the dentist. The receptionist called me back an hour later and said that she had spoken to the dentist and that I don't need to be seen sooner and I can just go to my appointment in December. Do you think that means there is nothing to be concerned about on the x ray?. She also said the dentist will discuss my prescription in December. She had forgotten to ask the dentist about the pain so she is going to call me about that tomorrow and let me know if I need to be seen because of that.
