Hi

Has anyone had any experience with the wand for numbing?

I'm supposed to be having some work done but am highly anxious so they have suggested using the wand aswell as oral sedation.

Thanks :)

Hello. I had numbing done with the wand. I didn't feel a thing! I am terrified of the dentist and the wand definitely makes getting treatment easier. The wand slows down the injection of the liquid so you won't feel the pressure in your gums.

Go for it lol!

I had the wand numbing done a few months ago for a couple of cavities and I'm absolutely scared of needles but this made it a lot easier, I didn't feel a thing - I didn't even realize I had gotten it until the hygienist told me it was over.
