Hi

This is difficult to explain, but I'll do my best :)

I have 2 teeth that need extracting. Both on my upper right...the number 7 and the wisdom. They are right next to each other and the wisdom is literally coming out at right angles as there's no space at all for it.

It's not like having 2 teeth out that are next to each other - they kind of make a corner between them. The number 7 is in the normal place and the wisdom is virtually above it.

Anyway...my worry is that the dentist is going to take them out at the same time but won't that leave the most enormous hole? I'm worried about whether this could cause complications etc - or should I ask him to take them out seperately?

I hope what I've said has made sense. Any advice gratefully received :)

The wizzie will just about fall out after the 7 has been removed. There's not going to be a lot of boney support for the wisdom tooth so there won't be a very big hole, if it looks bad then the dentist could pop in a couple of stitches to close it, which isn't a big deal.
