White spots on upper teeth after having braces!

Hi!
I've recently got my braces off, which I have used for 4 and a half years.
But I have some white marks on some of my upper teeth. (on the buttom of my upper teeth and one mark in the center of my upper teeth.)
How can I remove this? Is it a big of a deal?

You need to speak to your dentist about it, without seeing what's going on it's pretty hopeless trying to comment on it here.
