Wisdom teeth healing question

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted on Sunday, the top 2 were erupted so they were just pulled, the bottom 2 were impacted and they had to slice open the gums.. anyways I was given stitches which have since fallen out. On the right bottom extraction site there is white stuff which I read was healing tissue, but there is no white stuff on the left bottom extraction site, should I be concerned about this?

Healing happens at different rates. I wouldn't be concerned unless you are in increasing amounts of pain.

Okay thanks, I thought getting them out would be the hard part, but the real torture is the days that follow the surgery.. oh well, can only get better from here.
