Wisdom tooth help

Hi I have a impacted wisdom tooth bottom partially impacted you can see 3 of the 4 corners . One is behind gum. Dentist says it’s has a cavity ,
My question is can it be filled ? Isit worth it . Also my molar next to it has rotated outwards towards tongue. I feel like it’s rubbing on my tongue all the time which is causing my tongue to feel weird. I’m petrified of the dentist to the point i walked out my nhs one last week because they showed no compassion towards my nervous fears and anxiety. I am going private but I am so scared anyone else been in this position

I want to really commend you . The statement you walked out of NSH dentist because they showed no compassion toward your fears and anxiety is so huge ! The fact you recognized this and the importance of getting compassionate care is truly awesome. There are so many compassionate kind and competant dentists out there and I hope you find one that will be sensitive to anxiety. I have not been in your position as far as what is happening with your teeth but really hope you find a great dentist!!
