Worried sick

I have a front tooth that i got a root canal on about 7 years ago. A year ago i hit my face and that tooth started feeling sensitive too touch, kind of a loose feeling. It's been feeling like this on and off for a year now, and I'm worried it's going to fall out. I thought maybe it was from being pregnant but I had my baby 6 months ago and it still feels like this. Please tell me I'm not going to lose my tooth and what should I do.
