Bump on Bottom Gum

I had a deep cleaning done on my teeth last Thursday. I noticed a bump form in the front of my bottom gum. It doesn't hurt, and not sensitive to anything hot or cold.

My dentist took X-rays, as well and said they were no cavities, so I'm wondering if it's just a canker sore or trauma to the tooth. I do have a follow up appointment scheduled for the middle of next month.

I'm afraid there's no way to tell what it is from here... if it's not painful then best wait till your dentist can take a look at it.
