Crystal Light

Is it really true that Crystal Light cannot cause decay or erosion? I have just given up Diet Coke, and would like an alternative to plain water. Crystal Light has citric acid in it, but is it really enough to cause problems?

Well I cannot say for sure if it wont ruin your teeth but I do know by a few dentists over a few years now say Aspartame is bad for your teeth, but SPLENDA is supposidly the only safe sugar alternative for saving teeth.......maybe get a second opinion but I think that it is true......Good luck!
