Grinding teeth- mouth guards

Hi,
My dentist has recommended me to get mouth guards because I grind my teeth. I just wondered if I can buy them from a high street store.
My dentist said it costs £195 but can't afford to pay that.
Anyone got any recommendations?

You can get mouth guards from sports shops. They won't be made to fit as a dentist one is but if the £195.00 is too expensive at the moment it will give you some time to save up.
