A numb feeling indicates that all is not right with the nerve in the tooth. Have a dentist take a look asap.

I think it might be coming out but I will have to wait till Monday it's sunday and most dental offices are closed today

I don't really know wats wrong
At first I thought it might be loose but now I'm not not so sure wats wrong but I'm going to see a dentist I need to get this fixed so I can eat again
