It's pitch dark. Plus we don't have a Street near us ! only Fields

You WILL be ok. The valium will give you a euphoric feeling - giggly, not a care in the world.. Breathe like I told you in the last couple of pages - that will help the valium settle in you and take effect. Take a book with you to get your mind off the appointment.

Omg can't believe it's today !!!!    
I'm taking a Book & Magazine to distract me waiting for that hour.
Eventualy fell asleep at 4am ! Just couldn't sleep   Geel sick

I'm back & still feeling nicely from the Valium.
Think i must have fallen asleep,was in the Chair for 1 hour - felt like 10mins
Valium is the answer & i'm taking it again next tuesday appointment

Now gonna sleep cos feeling still

Valium made my Legs feel like heavy weghts. Could hardly lift them off the Floor !

Valium is a muscle relaxant as well as an anti-anxiety drug... muscle relaxants will always make you feel "heavy"

I didn't sleep atall the night before, & was then sick just before i got to the Dentist

I'm hoping to manage on 5mg on Tuesday,& if it's not enough, Jenny will give me another 5mg. (luckily Dad is picking me up & driving me back home again)
