Panicking! Wisdom tooth extraction day 4

Hiya
I had my upper left wisdom tooth removed on Thursday,it's been painful but OK,but about half an hour ago I accidentally sucked back and immediately my mouth started bleeding
I'm now terrified I have dislodged the blood clot.
I have attached a photo of the hole,can anyone tell of the blood clot is still there,the dentists did say he put a couple of sponges? In the hole.

It's fine, try not to worry about it. The dentist put in something called "fibrin sponge" which give a sort of framework for the blood to clot around.
