Question for Dentists re Straumann Implants

Hello there

A quick question for the dentists among us; what are your thoughts regarding Straumann Implants, the reason for the question is that I am in the process of changing dentists and have 1 gap due to extracted broken Molar; which if suitable I would like to look at installing an implant.

Since the new dentist only uses Straumann Implants so am interested to know how dentists view them in terms of ease of placement quality, longevity etc.
