does anyone have experience of these please? i have 5 back teeth which have been extracted i feel due to my dentist being drill happy but obviously have no proof! (another story).

Anyway have since changed dentists and he is recommending one of these as apose to the NHS version which i understand are bulky and horrible to get used to.

My question is does anyone have experience of these please, do they take a while to adjust to? do they hook over your remaining teeth? will i talk witha lisp? Im so scared and have this MASSIVE phobia of teeth and dentists after this year of sheer hell.

thanks
Sarah

I must add that i desperatly need something as the teeth i am eating on (soft food diet for 9 months) are taking the strain at the mo and niggling all the time although dentist can see no probs ith them

Hi Sarah... just spotted your post on here. I know we spoke earlier but my neighbor has them and said they were really comfortable also though expensive well worth the extra expense if you can afford it... I think they are about £500-£600 don't hold me to that though...I was looking on the net the other day as my son in law has just started making them and I wondered what they were...

Once I realised what they were I knew that is what my neighbor had...[smiley=hugging.gif]
