Stiches

Just a quick question when i had my teeth pulled she gave me 2 stiches she gave me a paper it said they would dislove in 3-5 days today is day 3 one stich came loose and was bugging me and i pulled it out would that do any harm plus it didnt take any force to pull it out really just wondering what your thoughts are i know im prob worrieing over nothing but i thought id ask a question thanks

I'm not a dentist of course but I just wanted to say I am sure it is ok. I went to my surgeon a week after surgery and he pulled out the stitches that were annoying me, so I assume it is ok for you to do so. Also, my friend did this when she had teeth out and there was no problem. I think it's only a concern the first day or so while you're still bleeding.

I hate self-dissolving stitches, they either come out too soon or not soon enough

Anyway, there's no harm in you removing the loose bit.
