Toothpaste/mouthwash

Hi guys, My quick question is...

As you can tell from my previous post a while back i am 100% terrified of dentists and my teeth are recieving the backlash of that problem.

Up until now only 2 or 3 need work on them but i can almost feel the others about to give up on me. When i say that i mean, they feel hollow like glass, not sensitive as such just feel not strong like it will only take 1 bite of something hard and crack!

Is there a product which will stop further damage and restore strength? so i can stop the problem at the level its at right now? not allowing it to go any further.

I was thinking along the lines of really expensive powerful proven to work products, happy to order offline if most shops dont stock them.

There are no magic potions which ward off tooth problems, apart from Fluoride. If you're using a Fluoride toothpaste, you could supplement it with a Fluoride mouthwash if you really want to, then get a hygienist to show you how to brush and floss properly and you're sorted.

Just try to watch your diet as well, there's plenty of stuff on here on tooth friendly eating.

I wasnt realy looking for a magic potion.

I'm talking about the products used by dentists or products used specificly for people with certian tooth conditions.

ie; Not just your regular run of the mill branded toothpaste you see on shop shelves

I use (at the mo) Elgydium toothpaste and an antiseptic mouthwash. Seems to be tiding me over till I can see the dentist, my teeth are certainly less sensitive with it, and the chewing surfaces feel smoother... I may be imagining all this to reassure myself (need to ask dentist if I'm a bruxer! keep waking up in the night with shooting pains in my jaw!)

Not sure if anyone else has read this. But there are articles online saying not so far into the future there will be a product which will genuinely rebuild tooth, not just the outter enamal layer, fully rebuild holes/cracks etc...

Also doin more research, there seems to be studys into the human gene's which have resulted in them finding out that we have similar gene's to a shark when it comes to teeth, and that humans DO have the ability to re-grow teeth fully but the gene is dorment so there workin out how to get it working. Which would answer the question, "Why do i grow a second set of teeth when my baby teeth fall out?" Same principles.....

Anyhoo... lol

Yeah i was looking for the most expensive, the most proven to work powerful product, I'v heard the arm and hammer (or watever its called) is good? what rebuilds tooth enamel etc...
