Swelling and pain half way away from the tooth extracted 31, after three days

I had tooth 31 extracted 3 days ago the swelling and pain exist as well as the movement down toward the chin. I am also sick and dizzy.

I think you need to see the dentist. If you had this pain and swelling before the extraction and 3 days after still no improvement then it should be checked.
