@Mboone50 btw did you have much receding gums to begin with? My perio said I didn’t have much recession so I wonder if it will have the same effect on me

I'm sure I had severe recession, but everyone was more concerned with the bone loss.

@Mboone50 It has been a year since you posted. How are your teeth doing now? I am looking into LANAP. I have been fighting gum disease since I was 16 years old. I had a dentist tell me I would lose all my teeth by the time I was 20. I'm now 65, almost 66, and still have most of my teeth. I am about to lose two, maybe more. No matter what I have tried, I have not ever won the battle with gum disease. I am hoping LANAP will give me a leg up.
