Unbearable pain

I gottwo wisdom teeth pulled two weeks ago. The end of the first week I felt a sharp thing scratching my tounge so I went to my dentist and she filed it down. Now the fragment left is really loose. So how long do I have before it comes out it's been two weeks already . And I can't eat anything because the fragment is scrapping the side of my tounge every time I try....... HELP

Go back to the dentist and ask them to remove it because you can't eat.
